Makes me very happy to know I'm not the only one who sits down and just kind of noodles on the DAW until I hit something worth expanding. How often do you start something and during the process start questioning it, just to have it come out better than you ever imagined in the end?

Dude same. I will lay on bed trying to wind down, and something amazing will just pop into my mind, but when I sit down at my daw it all just goes blank. Trying to remember what my brain created is the struggle.
