Yesterday im helping my boss on his behalf to interview new staff cause hes oversea. I have no experience on interviewing people but i know the qualification/criteria that we need. So nak pendekkan cerita. I ask him are you married? Which is i think basic soalan interview right??? Cause that was in the interview form also! Then dia jawab; "Saya single lagi planning nak kahwin. awak single kan nanti boleh la passing personal number". Gelak. This make me so uncomfortable and i think so rude.
