Tomorrow starts a hard day for me…
I found I weigh 243 lbs. I’m up 31 lbs in a month and a half…. My health is deteriorating because of this… I need to 1)Eat better. I usually have 1-2 meals a day.
2) Drink 3 LITERS of water. Per the nutritionist.
3) Stop drinking soda.
4. Workout 40-60 mins starting out daily
My question is what’s easy on someone with back issues for workouts??? Equally I need like maybe motivational like reminders to “drink water” etc
Maybe some recipes… meal idea weightloss
