I was stupid for contacting someone I thought one loved me, but didn't, just because I care about him. But tonight at work I read a book on trauma bonds, and started the homework. I'm feeling confused, probably that I was treated badly and used. I think that'll be the last time I ever have to contact him again. He never answered me back anyway. I deserve better.
