I would spend just under $100 for a great microphone and a decent webcam so that you look and sound close to an optimized version of your capabilities. From there I don't think there's a wrong way to go as long as the audio is good and people aren't deterred from watching you should be in good shape to get started with whatever you think will connect with people authentically! I don't have a huge following, but I do love the look and sound
