I challenge you! This is my journal. Everyday at the end of the day I write the “positive” AND “negative” things that happened to me that day. Try this. Keep your thoughts each day and then at the end of each month go back to the beginning of that month and read through them. Read through and recognize the good that that specific month brought, and the things that you can change to make the next month better. ❤️
