Having grown up in New Jersey, I had my share of Snow Days, but there were times when we had to clear out the snow and attend school regardless. In my later role as an Account Manager for a leading cosmetics company in the 80s, I managed a four-state territory and was expected to commute to work even in challenging weather conditions.
