Not proud of this, but I was a bit of a bully at the gym today. A girl came in loud, distracted, and laughing at people on socials—fine, do you. But then she started mocking a couple behind me while the guy was helping his partner. That was it. I stared her down until she left the area. I have perfected my RBF. At almost 290 lbs, I need to be in that gym, and I won’t tolerate someone shaming others who are putting in the work.

Very true it’s the golden rule but sadly no one really follows it

Funny, I don’t remember treating my ex like a liar and a cheat and yet…. (I will say though, I am exceptionally proud of myself for remaining kind and true to my core during the divorce. For the most part - it rings true but in some exceptional cases it doesn’t matter how kindly or well you treat someone, if they want to zig to your zag they’re going to do it. I won’t allow my divorce or dissolved marriage to embitter or change me. I choose kindness.)
