When you drink alcohol, your body prioritizes metabolizing it over burning fat, temporarily halting fat oxidation. It takes 24-48 hours or more to fully process alcohol, depending on factors like the amount consumed and your metabolic rate. During this time, fat loss may slow, but once alcohol is cleared, your body resumes normal fat-burning processes. Its not world ending when you focus on proper use imo. I drink once a month.
