I pernah terbaca somewhere, that some companies guna terms "protege" as a way to exploit their workers. Boleh kasi salary rendah + tak hire as permanent lepas habis contract. However, there are companies yang fully utilised, give proper trainings & on-site experience. Maybe kena buat banyak research jugak. Download glassdoor & check reviews kat sana. Tapi since you fresh grad, boleh take this opportunity to gain experience on the first year. Good luck 💪💪
