I'm glad I made a mistake with a client💅(the whole story is in the pinned post): I take my communication with clients very seriously, that's why you can't book an appointment with me online, only through communication with me, to identify each client's problems, because I don't just "do nails", I restore, treat, and help the health of nails, beauty is a secondary task.
