Had a very empathetic call with a credit vulnerability specialist at Octopus Energy this morning. We're still in balance credit but I wanted to avoid slipping into arrears with the heating on 24/7 now and me not returning to work (and wages) until mid March. Chemo makes me extra cold, especially my feet. Free electric blanket in the post and standing charges frozen for 6 months. Helped that she herself had experience of cancer on a personal level.
