Yesterday, I ran 5 miles—funny thing is, I never run! But I heard this voice in my head saying, “Let’s go, it’s go time. 2025, we’re going full speed! I felt this burst of energy, and funny enough, I did pretty damn good! I managed to control my breathing, slowed my heart rate when I got tired, and started jogging to recover. Once my heart rate settled, I went full speed again. I don’t know about you, but that late run felt amazing!
