Guys, is there any reason kite kerap short of breath, chest tight but still boleh bernafas, cuma rasa mcm tak lepas habis ke camne tah. Idk why. Dulu selalu jadi mcm ni kalau cuaca sejuk or depan kipas. Tp lately mcm kerap padahal cuaca tak sejuk pun. Sebab aku tido kipas kuat ke sampai kipas siling n kipas kaki aku pasang sbb panas 🤔🤔
