I have recorded myself crying once while i was writing a journal after my father passed away and i was very depressed. Just one time. Never uploaded it but i have like 5 minutes footage of me breaking down writing my feelings away while grieving. Idk when i look at it now, i remember how i learned to be strong again and not let my grief take me down. Just as a reminder
