I wish people would quit saying TFG was SENTENCED! He wasn’t sentenced. You can’t be sentenced to a discharge. He was just plain discharged.

We all know he is still a felon. It is the press proclaiming he was ‘sentenced’ that annoys me. I initially felt a tinge of satisfaction that he was going to be sentenced. But that headline isn’t true- there was no sentence. Anyone else would have been sentenced but not TFG- he gets an unconditional discharge.
