That is not the solution. There is difference between 90 hours in an AC office with staff on demand and 90 hours on slogging on shop floor, 90 hours of meaningless meetings and 90 hours of work hours, 90 hours pay with target related incentives and 90 hours of peanut salaries, 90 hours of work with luxurious commute and 90 hours supplemented with 28 hours weekly commute. These guys have someone to run errands for them at home and schools that won't touch their children with a barge pole.

Simply put, they are out of touch with reality, sitting in ivory towers and can't see beyond their noses. Also, if there is a demand for 1.5 times more output, most managers will do some research and strategize for increasing output but INDIAN managers only know to increase the workload and working hours. That is why they are rising to the top posts because their bosses have lost all moral compulsions and are interested to rake in the moolah in a highly competitive world with no investment.

They are driven by ambition for name, fame and money but majority of the people out there are happy with a simple living and happy family. They are happy to socialise in events with fake smiles and fake sympathy whereas we are interested to make a difference in each other's lives when we meet and greet. Counter them with an equitable life for everyone and see them scurrying into their boardrooms.

If he had made this comment anywhere else in the world, there would have been protests and he would have been on the street. But, Indians are a different kettle of fish.
