Nope, after a while, I stopped going to Zus as well, their coffee are not any better.

Just a few cents as a barista at Starbucks ( P/S: Even I Honestly love the spanish butteecreme latte at Zus like so crazy okayy😂❤️) Maybe the customers still go starbucks because some still prefer decaf than normal espresso shot where theres not many coffee shops have that option sadly. So if a person is personally a decaf lover like me then yeahh among of the few choices theres starbucks 😅! But price wise yeahhh starbucks just more to selling the " brand "🙃

Are you sure? Have you tried Starbucks Reserve? Every Thursday only RM10, taste much more better than ZUS, and cheaper too. I will never step foot inside ZUS unless there is promotion

I used to support Zus due to their good loyalty program and user friendly app back then. I no longer support them since their major shareholder were on board and they expanded super fast. My 8000 points got expired at no notice and even got demoted on my tier that I held on for years. Despite troubleshooting with them but to no avail. Also witnessed most staffs being overworked to rush out orders. So, no more Zus. Waiting for Luckin to beat them down tbh. To each of his own I guess..

Or you can invest in a coffee setup at home and learn the finer intricacies of coffee, beans, roasting, etc. Point is people have options and choices, and isn't that beautiful?
