It shows what the work of spreading the gospel looked like and the attitude the official had to "ask, seek, and knock" to understand the scripture of Isaiah and see how it was talking about Jesus. People don't know how to explain about Jesus the way Philip did. Instead there's a misconception that you should just believe blindly
