Comedian David Spade has offered a bounty to anyone who spots people setting fires in LA and is able to get the cops to lock them up. During the devastating fires that continue to ravage the city, one suspect was detained after citizens spotted him with a blowtorch and attempting to set a fire according to witnesses. But the LAPD did not charge him with arson as they said there was not probable cause.

Notice he says no faking no staging… that’s what they are doing! All the celebrities are part of it, stop letting them brainwash you! Wake up and realize they are part of it, they are hiding evidence in their homes, all of a sudden there are fires and all evidence gone… exactly this isn’t anything innocent by any means!
