It seems like nowadays my body dont burn calories as much as i did before. While i’m still active, it is still hard to loose weight. 😔 kalau kata makan byk tu xde lah, air pn kdg2 no sugar and less sugar. Kalau tgk yg kurus lg makan byk. I love myself but it sucks sometimes that genetic plays a lot of factor here. Yg pernah ckp yg i x usaha lgsg tu boleh pergi jauh2. Mmg x boleh go dgn org mcm ni. I need to do something drastic sbb its been weighing on my knees skrg. Nnt effect teruk.
