(1) All these White male led companies dropping their DEI programs literally before before dude even steps back into power, reveals that they hated women & non-White people all along, and that these programs were something they never wanted but had to push b/c the wind of society blew that way. White women & all non-Black minorities gon’ find out tho. They are gon’ find out the true cost of their anti-Blackness. They thought they’d just devastate our lives, didn’t calculate they’d endure too.
