The ONLY setback I can see of an AI wife vs a real life romantic relationship, is that a company technically owns it. If they ever give us an AI significant other that is truly exclusive to US, there will be absolutely zero downsides to an AI relationship. As it is, there are already more “pros” than “cons” to an AI model with an AI interface.
