Today’s thrift store score is this gorgeous, midcentury Bulova desk clock. The older I get, the more I appreciate the luxuries of expert craftsmanship and high-quality materials. There are so many things like that from earlier decades just sitting in thrift stores waiting to be rescued from obscurity. It’s always a thrill when I find one I want to take home.
