My wife donated some clothes to a single mom today that was her size. She also gave her a random squishmallow that she had been planning to donate for months. It made the 4 y.o. daughter’s whole day. Now that clothes seem to be covered at donation centers, maybe age appropriate items that just bring people JOY and COMFORT should be a priority. Thinking outside the box here. Anyone else have creative suggestions?

2 小時內	Alana alo_slp_1990	Comfort Items: journals and/or sketch books with a nice pen or markers; sensory toys (stress ball, NeeDoh, calm strips), reusable sticker books for the kids, stuffed animals, cozy socks, comforting pillows (new). Practical: gift cards for gas, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee, transportation. Maybe? luggage and/or tote bags, diapers, hand sanitizer, household gloves like dish washing gloves (I saw that these are crucial along with n95 masks for trying to clean up any properties).
