I think it will be the Yamashita park in the end of May to earlt June. There is the bloomong rose garden and every weekend has the Dragon Boat race. Early summer weather is good and the Dragon boat races are quite exciting. You can evan join to paddle with the temporally trial team.😄 🐲🚣‍♂️🚣‍♀️🐉
