Phos check. It’s not powder(well not when released) it’s mixed with water and acts to help prevent the fire spread. You dont drop it on the fire like the water from the Bambi buckets on the helicopters or from the super scooper’s, but in front of the fire to help form a containment line. Interestingly, after the fire it acts as a fertiliser so you have more to burn next year 😁
