Wow I just had a big realization that will hopefully help with my anxiety... Do you ever feel like you're going to "get in trouble"? For no real reason? Like you're in your 30's (or older), paying your bills, living your life, being responsible, and you have this feeling that someone is just going to swoop in and scold you for something... 1/6

12 小時內	lindsaylindsaylindsay	Yes every single time I want to buy something, or want a pet. When I was 20-24 I wanted a dog and kept wanting a dog. Never did it because I thought I’d be in trouble (from who? I was married, then divorced, child and my own place) finally had the realization of I can get a pet if I want to, I’m 25 now! The dog is still alive and has driven me crazy for 10 years lol. same feeling with my cats and 2nd dog. But now I have a husband who does get mad, but still manage to convince him to tolerate.
