上任五個月左右某一日，老細加左某同事一個好難，但適合佢ge task，佢覺得好唔合理，比左三個選擇：一係加薪20%，一係比第個做，一係佢辭職 老細同佢傾左輪，出動GM，Board都出動埋，佢都完全冇商量餘地,叫我試試 👩🏻‍💻: what’s the goal and bottom line? 👱🏻‍♂️: he stays, raise is negotiable, but definitely>15 喺咁清晰嘅前提下，我就約咗佢傾偈，傾完通知老細 👩🏻‍💻：He would take a 10% 👱🏻‍♂️: Anything else? what you say to him!! 我答左佢，report埋同事最後講果句 ‘…I can tell by your genuine and sincere smile…’ 👱🏻‍♂️: i never knew your smile carry that killer-instinct…but good job 我覺得牽強到冇得再牽強，但’Tech Curry’..就係咁黎🤷🏻‍♀️🙈😂
