Yes it's 🩸. Happened to me once (also one side) and it's actually bcs of mastitis (happened bcs my son feeds lesser when he was having fever). I was given antibiotic and was advised to pump according to baby's feeding time but have to discard the milk until there's no more 🩸 in it.
