It was destroying my life. I was going quite literally insane. I asked my GP for something and explained I did not want a heavy duty sleeping pill. He prescribed me an antihistamine that causes drowsiness, just enough to allow me to fall asleep and even get back to sleep after a pee run. I am so grateful for that little pill.
