I hate chest presses and have no motivation to do them given I don’t want giant pecks.
I kind of assume though for balance I should be doing something to work my chest given all the back work I do.
Can I get away with body weight push ups?
For context my Lat pull down max weight is 55kg, mid cable 50, face pulls 27.5..
Am I gonna end up wonky? 😂😂😂
