When you are able to impact a person's life. Recently, one of my networks lost her job. She was going through a bad time, trying to understand why she lost her job. She was "stuck" in her moment and unable to move on, affecting her life. I helped her out to unwind her thoughts, made her move forward and sharing with her strategies how to secure her next career. We came to a lot of crossroads, whether she wants to switch industries, to be or not to be a freelancer, and others.
