No amount of fire department staffing is going to be able to handle a whole town that's s on fire. A city fire department mostly is there to handle structure fires when theygo up on their own, not hold back huge, raging forest fires in 90 mph winds. Anyone who thinks this is a problem of staffing is an idiot.
