When kids are young it’s probably true. Most folks work a job when once their 8 hours are done it’s over. With parenting it’s always happening. From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed (and often there’s more parenting to be done overnight). If you have more than 1 kid it’s even harder. But also way more satisfaction and joy from parenting than most jobs.
