Sit in the room with her and talk to her. Read a book if you have to, just so she learns your voice. Let her have her own time in your room too. Allow her free run of the house when you’re all out so she can explore once she feels safe enough. Let her hide. After a few days, leave the door to the room open and allow her to explore the house while you’re sat watching tv. Offer treats. She probably won’t take them from your hand, but you can gradually leave a little trail getting closer to you.

It's not unusual for cats to hide when they go to a new place. Set out food and water and a litter box and watch if she's eating etc. Two weeks are not unusual.
