Never in a million years would it make sense for me to take career advice from bedside nurses. We have very very different mindsets. Y'all are going to take offense to this- but that's your choice. I would never have worked more than 2/3 years within systems that do not respect me and pay me a fraction of what I am worth- AND then have the nerve to tell me I cannot take a vacation because someone else did... I don't do 12 hrs shifts, physical labor, or hating ass management. I go my ROI first
