Sis, focus on diet 80-90% and wajib add on weight training. So, part diet kena jaga betul-betul cukup Macros & Micros daily, calorie deficit & clean from any highly processed meat/foods. For workout, you can start dgn body-weight training dulu macam squats and etc. Btw, you punya ideal weight berapa kilo lagi nak sampai sis?
