Probably everyone already heard about Japanese subway and how quiet it is at least once. I live in South Korea and when I took the subway today, I encountered a group of three Japanese people who were so loud and laughing all 40 minutes before I got off. It was quite surprising to be honest (they didn’t seem drunk). So the question is: Is the Japanese subway really that quiet as everyone says and was this just because they were in a different country? What is your experience? LifeinKorea
