I grew up in a small town in WA on the Canadian border. Literally a ditch you can jump across and you're in Canada. I lived there till I was 47, then moved to the east side of the state for almost 10 more years before moving to CA, in the high desert. I love it here, but remember my roots. I would LOVE to have CA, OR and WA become part of Canada. Seems full circle to me.
