Sape akak2 makcik2 like me yg komplen ade sakit2 bahu tu boleh start lift weight untuk upper body. Strength training upper body I think berkesan for me untuk frozen shoulder. Plus I’m preparing my ‘shoulder to cry on’ for my girls in few years time. Biase lah gurls dengan their life problems later on bile dah besar nanti 💆🏽♀️
