Selagi mindset sehari tak dpt mkn minum benda manis rasa lemah badan. Sampai sudahlah kurus tu angan2. Mulakan dgn kurangkan pengambilan gula lepastu slow2 tinggalkan benda2 manis tu. Remember sugar addiction leads to metabolic syndrome. Especially diabetes. Mencegah better dr merawat. Change your lifestyle. 🙂↕️
