As someone who read some of the Vampire Diaries books. I’m not so sure 😅 TVD series is better than the books (imo) but I’d still be to scared of the writers being creative with the plot in the way they were with TVD. When ACOTAR was first optioned for screen they announced that the maker of outlander is on board. That adaptation I would take any second! 🥰
