had a phone screen set for 3 today called the applicant at 3 on the dot - no answer, left vm "please email me if you need to reschedule"....I move on to the next group of resumes out of 590 that I'm looking at 3 minutes later, my phone is blowing up and then this at 3:10 🫠🫠🫠

3 小時內	Karin Printz kprintzess	Not defending that person because their response was uncalled for. I've missed calls, when I was sitting w/phone in hand waiting, because I didn't realize "do not disturb" was on (there are two different places it can be set and I don't realize one is toggled on). Then I can't call the person back because either it's a private number, or worse yet, a main number w/arduous voice mail/options and I can't get the person. It's frustrating for both people.
