I got a tax return check from HMRC 👍 Because it’s in GBP, US banks won’t accept it, and because it’s over £1,000, UK banking apps aren’t an option either, Revolut and Wise included. They offered “sending it to a branch and hoping for the best” but that sounds pretty sketchy 👎 Any ideas besides yoloing and hopping on a flight to the UK to cash it in person?
