While the owner was out of town, his house was surrounded by flames, and his dogsitter was cut off from entering the neighborhood. A CBS news reporter was in the area and managed to break into the house, and save all three of his dogs. The house burned down a few hours later. I'm so sorry they lost their home, but I'm grateful for the bravery and compassion of the news anchor for rescuing their animals.
