Regular gym goers: how do you help correct/improve a stranger’s form without sounding judgey/like a jerk?
Example: a woman at my gym was doing RDLs but the way she was doing them was targeting her lower back instead of her hamstrings or glutes. Do I say something along the lines of “Hey, I see what you’re doing, but can I show you a different way that’ll have a bit more payoff?”
I’ve never gone up to a stranger like this but have had someone come up to me but it was more negative than positive.
