Why this kind of toxicity, toxic people and toxic situation happens everywhere?? ⬇️ An employer that doesn't fire u but makes it difficult for u to remain is deliberately creating a toxic environment for u. They don't fire u because of the liability u expose them to. Quitting & Leaving gives them exactly what they wanted: u gone along with the potential liability. *Don't bank on a constructive discharge claim--they are very difficult to win unless it involves egregious sexual harassment / racism.
