I just got my blood test result. Routine check up yearly. Alhamdulillah everything is good except…. My cholesterol!!!! Ya ampun!!! Tinggi nye!!! I think this is the highest reading so far.. adoii… sooo.. jgn rasa kalau bmi normal cholesterol x tinggi ye 😅😅😅 You guys should di yearly medical checkup wih blood test to know your health status. Somethings can only be detected thru blood test yea
