I just got a long overdue diagnosis: Autism levels 1 & 2 Major depressive disorder General anxiety disorder w/panic attacks Chronic stress disorder I’ve spent the past 3 weeks processing this information, reviewing…. EVERY YEAR of my life… piecing together forgiveness, self-compassion, grief, and loss of what could have been. I’m quite literally coming out as autistic. It’s a lot. And you know what? I’m truly proud of myself, that I made it this far, odds against me.
